And, since it’s been a minute since we’ve heard “Me and U,” we kinda forgot the Filipino/Mexican/African-American beauty sang at all. Instead, Cassie has been keeping our eye planted firmly on her with a sick fashion game. Whether pushing the envelope with a semi-shaved head or walking the red carpet in eye-popping threads, Cassie is truly a trendsetter and a leader of the new cool.
With a sophomore album inspired by ska, hip-hop, pop and dance finally on the horizon, Diddy’s muse is ready for her vocals to take center stage once again. But, that doesn’t mean she’s going to step out looking any less flawless.
The singer gave Vogue Italia a tour of her Christian Louboutin-packed closet inside the New York penthouse she calls home and chatted up correspondent Scott Lipps about the music, fashion, and Manola Blahniks that color her world.
