Basketball Wives Star Tami Roman Suffers A Heart Attack, Hits The Club Days Later
Tami Roman prides herself on keeping it real. But, things got really real for the reality star recently when she was rushed to the hospital after suffering a mild heart attack. The 41-year-old Basketball Wives star was filming an interview with VH1 when things went terribly wrong.
The star was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for a medical emergency and was later admitted. Following the scare, Tami took to Twitter to give her fans an update and to thank them for their support.
On a recent episode of Basketball Wives, the mother of two addressed her anger management issues, a condition that can lead to stress and increase the risk of a heart attack. “I have been known to pop a bitch or two, but I’m in total control of my anger management issues now,” Tami recently told Huffington Post.
Despite the medical emergency, Tami was seen clubbing at Club Live in Atlanta in a cute black dress just days after her heart attack. “I’ve learned to manage the clock and not be governed by it-take time out of ur day to relax-everything will still be there,” she tweeted. “Headed to airport-ATL here I come-last stop, then headed back home for 1week off. Promised my babies I wouldn’t overdue it…”
