Everybody knows that when you are going through a break-up, looking good is the best revenge. While Kim Kardashian is very publicly rebounding with Kanye West, her ex Kris Humphries is also flexing his muscles for the world to see.

The 27-year-old New Jersey Nets player stripped down for a sexy photo shoot for WestEast magazine recently. Shot on location at the Night Hotel in New York City by celebrity photographer Christopher Logan, the James Bond-inspired shoot was styled by Derek Warburton and featured lots of war paint, guns, and ammunition (to shoot a certain reality starlet perhaps?).

“He thought it would be a fun thing to do,” a source told Hollywoodlife.com. “He’s a guy, so the action figure theme was appealing. Plus, he wanted to help out his friend, stylist Derek , who is WestEast‘s fashion director.”

While Kris gets pretty vulnerable in the black-and-white photo spread and even strips down to his skivvies, many are speculating that the entire fashion shoot was aimed at Kim. It’s a claim that Humphries’ camp is vehemently denying.

“The allegations that he’s seeking revenge with this photo shoot are false and we remain adamant that personal issues will be handled by his legal team and not in the media,” his rep said, also denying that the NBA player is auctioning off his wedding ring. “He would never do that, it’s sacred to him, just like his marriage was supposed to be. He would never auction anything off!”

Check out the sexy shots of Mr. Hunkalicious Humphries below. Who’s the better model: Him or his sister Kaela?
