This was awesome seeing Bayless get his card pulled. I’m unsure of what sparked this whole thing in the first place, but Skip Bayless is fame hungry, so seeing him get put in his place is always fun to see.

I totally agree with are you kidding me. I watch this show every day and Skip definitely had a valid explanation on today’s show for his high school stats. People constantly hate on Skip Bayless but he’s usually pretty dead on with his sports analysis. He was the first person I had ever heard call Lebron James a choker and now everyone has seen the light. People can say what they want about Tim Tebow’s statistics but the guy won football games. Everyone on ESPN said he was a joke and Skip Bayless only said he can win football games and that also proved true. Jalen Rose was being a pure hypocrite by saying Skip’s comments are insensitive to people’s families yet starred in a documentary insulting Grant Hill and calling him a bitch.

Hey Andreas Hale, don’t write articles like this. This is PRECISELY what the debate touched on today, Media going overboard for the sake of making a splash. I watch the show everyday without fail, and what you wrote did happen but not in the context you wrote above. Skip was simply trying to make his point yesterday by asking Jalen “and what were you?”, when debating that Russell Westbrook is not a true point-guard. Skip’s point, thinking Jalen was going to reply “a point-guard”, was that Jalen was a pass-first, facilitator, and could therefore understand Skip’s point. Jalen took it personally, which he took out of context, and ripped back at Skip by bringing up a tweet in which Skip mentioned something about his high school basketball career and didn’t get to clarify his point because of the 140 character limit. If you had watched or were concerned about the validity and accuracy of your column, you’d have learned what Skip meant when he tweeted what he did.
