After what seemed like the longest pregnancy ever, Jessica Simpson has finally given birth to nine-pound baby girl, Maxwell Drew Johnson, with fiancee Eric Johnson on May 1. “We are so grateful for all the love, support, and prayers we have received,” she wrote on her official website. “This has been the greatest experience of our lives!”

Just six weeks ago the 31-year-old preggers pop diva looked as though she was ready to burst at any moment when friends and family joined the star for her Charlotte’s Web inspired baby shower in Los Angeles. Jessica recently released video from the March 18th fete, attended by Grey’s Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo, actress Jessica Alba, little sister Ashlee Simpson and 50 other A-list guests .

“All day yesterday felt like a perfect dream!,” the Fashion Star judge then tweeted in regards to the party.”Thank you Mindy Weiss for the best baby shower any mommy could ever want! Love you!”

The singer looked gorgeous at her soiree in a long flowing Roberto Cavalli dress, Miu Miu shoes, $38,750 diamond and Sapphire earrings, a $16,250 gold cuff and a $52,250 sapphire ring.
