He may not be BFF’s with the Broad Street Bully Beanie Sigel anymore (although Freeway is obviously still around, judging by the pic above) but Jay-Z still has love for the city of Philadelphia.

With the city’s Mayor Michael A. Nutter, Jay announced the first Budweiser “Made In America” music festival this morning. A two-day event to be held in Fairmount Park, Philadelphia on September 1 and 2, “Made In America” will see twenty-eight acts spanning rock, hip-hop, R&B, Latin and dance music perform across various stages.

The event is being produced by Live Nation and tickets will go on-sale at ticketmaster.com and livenation.com from May 23; an unspecified portion of ticket sales will be donated to local non-profits via the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.
