Mark Zuckerberg Marries Longtime Girlfriend Priscilla Chan

It’s a match made in heaven… or at least Harvard. Facebook founder and one of the most influential businessmen of the 21st century (not to mention billionaire) Mark Zuckerberg has married his longtime girlfriend, Priscilla Chan, the Associated Press reports.

The two met at Harvard while studying (of course) back in 2004, the very same year that Zuckerberg began work on the project. In fact, Chan has played key roles in the implementation of Facebook, according to some.

The blue-chip couple has had a very big week, with Zuckerberg turning 28 on Monday -the same day Chan graduated from medical school – and Facebook going public on Friday.

That culminates in a wedding at Zuckerberg’s Palo Alto, CA home today. Now that he and ‘Cilla,’ as he calls her, are officially newlyweds, we hope he won’t have to face the realities of a quote Donald Trump just recently gave about what would happen if the two divorce.

“she’s hits (sic) the jackpot like nobody…I could see the lawyers and the lawsuit right now. Without her brilliant decision-making, he would have never come through. She advised him, she made dinner for him, she’s entitled to at least $10 billion.”

The Donald could at least let the two enjoy a full day of marriage before talking about the end, right?

On a lighter note, upon her graduation, Zuckerberg left the following post on her Facebook wall.

I’m so proud of you, Dr. Chan : )
