Allen Iverson Wore Reebok Question “White/Red” Sneakers To Game 6 Of The Sixers/Celtics Playoff Series
Today is the big day! About a month after Allen Iverson and Reebok announced that they would be partnering up once again to re-release AI’s first signature sneaker, the Reebok Question, the sneaker hits stores today in a “White/Red” colorway. By now, you’ve probably seen a number of different celebrities wearing them. But, for the first time in more than a decade, you can get your hands on the sneakers that AI wore during his first season in the NBA.
To mark the occasion, Iverson showed up at Game 6 of the best-of-7 series between the Philadelphia Sixers and Boston Celtics on Wednesday night at the Wells Fargo Center in Philly to deliver the game ball, cheer his former team on, and show off the Questions. He wore a pair when he took the court before the game and then showed them off later while he sat inside the arena. Paired with a Sixers fitted, a Sixers jacket, and a Louis Williams jersey, they matched his ensemble nicely and already have us thinking of all the things they’d match nicely in our wardrobe.
The re-released Question, which is easily the best AI signature sneaker ever created, hits stores today. There will also be a “White/Navy” colorway that’ll be released sometime in the future as well. Will you be picking up a pair? Check out the video of AI delivering the game ball and receiving a raucous standing ovation from the Philadelphia fans and then let us know what you think about the sneakers in the comments section. Oh, but not before you run out to try and get your hands on a pair. These are definitely going to go quick, so make sure you’re first in line today to grab a pair.
