Working with 2 Chainz, coming out with Floyd Mayweather for his big fight and now a suspect in a criminal battery case, Justin Bieber is definitely “about that life” right now.

According to TMZ, Justin was in Calabasas, CA yesterday at a mall called The Commons. A photographer attempted to take Justin’s picture and, according to law enforcement, some sort of physical altercation erupted between Justin and the camera guy. The paparazzo called 911 and when police arrived on the scene, Justin and his girlfriend Selena Gomez had already left.

The photographer complained to the police of pain to his upper torso, an ambulance was summoned and he was taken to a local hospital where he was examined and released a short time later. He then filed a police report naming Justin as the culprit and police are now investigating the incident as a misdemeanor battery.

Detectives are now wanting to speak with Justin, Selena and any other witnesses. Witnesses at the scene tell TMZ that after the altercation, a lawyer allegedly walked up to the photographer and said he could get a lot of money out of the incident, advising the guy to call for an ambulance and file a police report.
