George Will Calls Donald Trump A “Bloviating Ignoramus”
Donald Trump has muscled his way back onto the political scene somehow. And by “somehow,” I mean “with money.” Unhappy with presumptive nominee (he may clinch the number of delegates needed for the nomination with the Texas primary tonight) Mitt Romney‘s fundraising with The Donald, conservative pundit George Will unleashed some harsh words for Trump on ABC.
Asked why Romney would appear with Trump, Will responded:
“I do not understand the cost-benefit here. The costs are clear. The benefits, what voter’s going to vote for him because he’s seen with Donald Trump? The cost of appearing with this bloviating ignoramus is obvious, it seems to me. Donald Trump is redundant evidence that if your net worth is high enough, your IQ can be very low and you can still intrude into American politics.”
Romney is currently offering anyone who donates $3 or more to his campaign the chance to dine with himself and Trump.
