Lindsay Lohan Gets Sued Over Her Fake Tan
Talk about #TanGirlProblems!
While stars like Snookie and Pauly D of Jersey Shore fame get bronze the cost-free old-fashioned way (by laying out for countless hours in the sun), Lindsay Lohan racked up a bill of $41,000 for tanning sessions between 2007 and 2009.
Now, Tanning Vegas, the company responsible for Lindsay’s orange hue, is looking to recoup that amount alleging that the actress never paid her bill. Nine months ago, the 25-year-old was ordered by a judge in Nevada to fork over the cash, but has apparently failed to do so. According to TMZ, the company is in the process of moving the case to California in the hopes of tapping into Lohan’s assets.
Ironically, the woman behind the lawsuit is Lorit Simon, the same person who co-founded Lindsay’s self-tanning lotion Sevin Nyne currently available at Sephora for $17 a bottle (reduced from the original $35 pricetag). Learn more about this hilarious court case case in the video below.
