Show Off Your Sick Sneaker Collection With #Kickstagram
Do you have an Instagram account yet? If not, what in the world are you waiting for? Right now, it’s the way to shoot and share your pictures. And, over the course of the last few months, it’s also become the way that sneakerheads prefer to show off their sneaker collections. Rocking a new pair of Foamposites? Put it on Instagram! Just copped that fresh new pair of Js that you stood in line all night for? Put it on Instagram! Want to show the world that you’re the only person on the planet right now with a pair of Yeezy 2s? Put it on Instagram! You get the point here. Sneakerheads love Instagram.
This summer, they’ll love it even more, too. That’s because Foot Locker just kicked off a new program called #Kickstagram that allows you to share your sneaker collection with the world and enter them into the running for a chance to be featured on Foot Locker’s Facebook page, website, and—if you’re really lucky—store signage. So, how does it work? Well, the next time you put a picture of a pair of your sneakers up on Instagram, just be sure to include the hashtag #Kickstagram and tweet it to @FootLocker. If it wows the folks at Foot Locker, your shoes could be seen by thousands of people out there.
So, seriously: What in the world are you waiting for? If you’re already Instagramming your sneakers on the regular, start hashtagging them and tweeting your pictures to Foot Locker. And, if by some chance you’re not on Instagram yet, please get on it. Because you might look super fresh in your new kicks, but you’re doing yourself a real disservice if the only people who know it are the people who run into you in your town or city.
