50 Cent Gets Released From The Hospital After Being Involved In A Horrific Car Accident In Queens
Hip-hop superstar 50 Cent was released from the hospital after being involved in a near-fatal accident earlier this week in New York City. The news comes only a month after the 36-year-old rapper, born Curtis Jackson, was hospitalized with intestinal issues.
According to ThisIs50.com, the rapper’s official website, 50′s chauffeured SUV was hit head-on by a Mack truck when the truck driver lost control of his vehicle. After the collision, the Mack truck almost flipped over 50′s car. Miraculously, while both he and the other driver, 61-year-old Bruce Miller, received serious injuries, they are both expected to make a full recovery.
“Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson was involved in a car accident in New York early Tuesday morning. He was taken to New York Hospital Queens where he was treated for minor neck and back injuries,” said a spokesperson for the rapper in an official statement. “He was released this morning and is doing fine.”
No arrests have been made in conjunction with the accident.
