There’s (almost!) nothing more frustrating than when you lose your keys. You know the drill: You’re running late for work, you need to pick up your kids, you’re late for a doctor’s appointment, or you’re simply trying to get out of the house for a few hours and, in a fit of frustration, you tear apart your house looking for your keys. They’re not where you usually put them, they’re not locked in the car, they’re not in your pocket, they’re…Oh, that’s right. You left them in that other place that you put your keys. Now, you’re 10 minutes late for wherever you had to go and you’re cursing at yourself (and maybe others) about your lost keys. It never fails.

Well, if you experience that scenario a little too often, you might need some help. And, now, you can get it. All you need is the Hone—a Bluetooth-enabled keyring that syncs your keys with your iPhone 4S or iPad 3 so that you can locate your keys at anytime without ripping the house apart. How does it work? Well, if you lose your keys and they’re within a 150-foot range, all you need to do is go into the Hone app on your phone to find them. You have the option to either get directions to exactly where the keys are (the Bluetooth-enabled key ring emits a signal that helps your phone create a list of directions) or you can simply press a button and emit a sound from the keyring. Either way, it’ll make finding your keys a much easier process than the one you go through now.

So, if you’re always losing your keys and getting frustrated, it might be time to cop a Hone for yourself. Currently, they’re available for $49 through the Hone Kickstarter page. But, before you make your final decision, check out this video to see exactly how the Hone system works. It could save you hours and hours of frustration down the line. Take a look:
