Baseball Fans Will Love The New Louisville Slugger x PRO-Keds Royal Hi

When you were a kid, there was nothing like getting a new baseball glove. From the smell of the fresh leather when you bought it to all the hard work that you had to put into it to break it in and get it ready for the baseball field, getting a new baseball glove was quite the experience. Unfortunately, unless you still play pickup baseball (and, really, who does that?) or you play in a softball league and actually care enough to buy a new glove every year, there’s a pretty good chance you haven’t bought a new baseball glove in years. But, now, thanks to a new collaboration by an iconic baseball company and a sneaker brand, you can get the same “new baseball glove” feeling again.

Louisville Slugger and PRO-Keds have teamed up to create this interesting and unique Royal Hi sneaker that will bring back all those memories you got as a kid. The upper features the same kind of brown leather typically reserved for baseball gloves. It has an off-white toe that extends down to the outer sole. It has a corked footbed that really adds to the nostalgia associated with the shoe. And, those features are topped off by rawhide laces, like the ones that used to hold your baseball glove together, and the Louisville Slugger logo imprinted on the side panel of the sneaker. Pretty cool, huh?

And, the best part about the sneaker? With baseball season in full swing, it’s available right now, so you won’t have to wait to get your hands on it. For just 100 bucks, you can get that same feeling you got when you were a kid. And, there really is nothing like it.
