Don’t You Wish You Could Have A Giant Snooze Button For Your iPhone?

Like most people, I use my iPhone as my alarm clock every morning. It’s easy to set at night. It’s loud in the morning and always wakes me up. And, if the power goes out or someone accidentally unplugs it, it won’t let me down and make me late for work. It kind of makes me wonder how the hell I used to use a regular alarm clock every morning. Well, sort of.

You see, as anyone who uses an iPhone—or any smart phone, for that matter—to wake up in the morning will tell you, there is one huge downfall to doing it. And, it occurs when you wake up in the morning to shut the alarm off. Unless you’re an incredibly light sleeper, the iPhone’s alarm starts blaring, you reach up to quickly shut it off and hit snooze, and then the phone ends up behind the bed, on the floor next to the bed, or underneath the bed…and it’s still going off. It doesn’t happen all the time, but I’ve knocked my iPhone off my nightstand more times that I’d care to admit while trying to hit the snooze button.

But, there’s good news for anyone who shares my pain. Recently, a company created a new product called—what else?—Snooze that is a big-ass snooze button for your iPhone. It’s a wooden or aluminum case that houses your iPhone for the night, charges it, and then lets you hit snooze in the morning if you so choose. And, we guarantee you won’t accidentally knock this thing over when you go to hit snooze. Just look at how big that button is!

As of right now, the Snooze is not available because the creators of it are still trying to raise enough funds on Kickstarter to make it a reality. But, if it sounds like something you’d be interested in, you can donate either $40 for a wooden Snooze or $99 for an aluminum Snooze. As someone who’s tired of almost breaking my iPhone every morning, I’m going to be first in line. Who’s with me?
