Enter Virgin Mobile Australia. The phone company highlights the spectacularly unspectacular life of Doug in their new two-minute commercial which boasts celebrity deals at “celebrity brother” prices.
“While his brother lives the life of a Hollywood A-lister, Doug’s life is a little different,” the agency says in a voice-over of Doug, a highly-accomplished charity director and photojournalist. “Virgin Mobile believes in a fair go for all, and wants to give Doug a taste of his lifestyle, starting with his first-ever celebrity endorsement.”
