Nike might be onto something here. A few months ago, they released a Nike slide that was inspired by the Nike Air Jordan XII, and it was a success. So, they’re apparently going to continue the trend by dropping a new Air Jordan Hydro IV Premier slide sandal soon that’s inspired by the Nike Air Jordan IV “Fire Red.” And, it is, well, fire as the name would suggest. If you’re looking to pick up a pair of slides right now for the rest of the summer, these should definitely be on your radar. They’ll let you put your sneakers away for the day and still pay homage to your love for Air Jordans.

As you can see by looking at the photos included here, the Hydro IV Premier slide features the same iconic netting across the strap of the sandal that is present on the Air Jordan IVs. That will instantly capture the attention of any true Jordan aficionado. The slides also feature white straps with a red Jordan logo, black and fire red soles, and the word “JORDAN” across the back of the slides. Bottom line, these are not your average slides.

If you’re planning on rocking sneakers to the beach this summer—or, worse, planning on getting out of the car, removing your sneakers, and making a run for it barefoot across the hot sand—then give some thought to copping a pair of these. They might be a little bit difficult to find, as only select Jordan Brand accounts will be receiving them, but these are definitely one of the better pairs of slides available this summer. We’re not sure exactly how much they’ll cost you yet, but you can probably plan on spending at least 50 or 60 bucks on them. Are they “hot” enough to make you want a pair?
