VH1 Unveils New Cast Members Of Basketball Wives: L.A.
VH1 has officially unveiled the newest cast members of Basketball Wives: L.A. Video model Brooke Bailey and model turned aspiring recording artist Bambi will be joining the returning cast members for season 2 of the show. According to the network’s website:
“So who are Brooke and Bambi? Brooke, a model, has appeared in several music videos (like Lil’ Wayne‘s ‘Lollipop,’ which you can check out after the jump), she was featured on E!’s ‘Candy Girls’ back in 2009, and she was on ‘Wild N’ Out’ with Nick Cannon back in 2007. And Bambi has modeled, acted, and appeared in several videos herself before turning her focus to music. We’ve got a video of Bambi’s song ‘Look At Yo Body’ (which actually features a cameo from Malaysia) after the jump too, so click through to watch those and to look at our gallery of photos of Brooke and Bambi. Season two will premiere in September.’”
It should be interesting to see the dynamic between Brooke and returning cast member Draya since they have similar backgrounds. According to rumors, the two were at one point very close, until Brooke joined the cast. Apparently, the duo now bump heads over everything from men, to who’s been featured in the most videos and booty magazines. I’m sure season 2 will give the Miami version of the show a run for its money in the ratchetness department.
