Yasiin Bey (a.k.a. Mos Def) For Louis Vuitton

One of hip-hop’s most respected (and mysterious) characters Yasiin Bey, a.k.a. Mos Def, has popped up in a new Louis Vuitton “Muhammad Ali for LV” campaign.

In two video promotions, Bey performs the poems of heavyweight champion (and fellow Muslim) Ali. “Word” is the spoken word performance aimed at challenger Sonny Liston and “Dream” is for George Foreman and both were originally delivered by Ali in the run-up to the legendary fights.
