Beyoncé Set To Release Documentary On Her Life
Beyoncé is looking to oversee a documentary based on her life and career, according to reports.
Apparently Queen Bey and her agency ICM are currently shopping the film, a mix of music and personal life with concert footage and confessional interviews (not unlike similar specials of her we’ve seen before) to several movie studios.
The singer recently left a cryptic message on her website, “Leave your footprint on 19 August 2012,” which had nothing to do with the documentary (as many assumed) and everything to do with the United Nations’ World Humanitarian Day. Beyoncé will be in New York that day along with her “I Was Here” songwriter, the legendary Diane Warren, at the U.N. General Assembly Hall to film a live music video for the song. The video will be released that day and they will donate proceeds to the cause.
