Hollywood Director Tony Scott, 68, Commits Suicide
Famed director Tony Scott has comitted suicide by jumping off a bridge in Los Angeles.
The 68-year-old, whose work inludes blockbusters like Top Gun and Enemy Of The State tragically leaped to his death from the Vincent Thomas Bridge around 12:30pm yesterday.
Authorities used to sonar equipment to find Scott’s body in the murky waters of the port between San Pedro and Terminal Island. His jump was witnessed by numerous people, including boaters who even took pictures and video.
Scott, whose brother Ridley is also a well-known Hollywood director, left a suicide note of which details are yet to be released.
