Unless if you’ve spent your entire life shopping for your sneakers at, like, Wal-Mart, there’s a pretty good chance that you’re familiar with Converse. After all, Converse launched one of the most successful sneakers ever, the Converse Chuck Taylor All-Star, back at the beginning of the 20th century, and they haven’t looked back since. Today, more than 60 percent of everyone living in American has purchased at least one pair of Converse sneakers in their lifetimes. And, more than 550 million pairs of Converse All-Star sneakers have been produced and sold since 1917. That’s pretty incredible.

So, how do we know all of these fun facts about Converse? Well, Infogr8 put together a really crazy infographic about Converse recently that put us up on some pretty cool facts about the company. Using a bunch of facts about the Converse brand, the infographic is both entertaining and informative. We also know that Converse didn’t drop their first low-top shoe until 1962, 45 years after they first dropped a sneaker. And, we even know that Elvis was a big fan of Converse, which is pretty cool when you think about it. We know celebrities today love their Converses. But, even way back in the day, celebs wanted a pair.
