Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson Charged With Battery Over Head-Butting Incident
Things have completely gone to sh*t for Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson. Reportedly, the NFL baller has officially been charged with battery for head-butting his estranged wife, Evelyn Lozada, in the forehead last month. The altercation allegedly occurred when the Basketball Wives star confronted Johnson about a receipt for condoms she found in their car, and resulted in her getting six stitches in her forehead. According to TMZ, Johnson has been charged with misdemeanor battery because of the incident, and faces up to a year in jail.
In the days following the violent squabble, Johnson was dropped from the Miami Dolphins’ roster, and Ev filed for divorce. According to various reports, the 34-year-old has refused to sign the divorce papers, and is hellbent on winning Ev back.
