Katy Perry’s Friends Concerned Over Her Love For John Mayer
Katy Perry‘s family and friends are reportedly concerned about her growing affection for known “womanizer” John Mayer.
The two started out their relationship with a “summer fling” and after just a few weeks of dating, Mayer reportedly left Perry high and dry. Now that the couple has reunited the pop star’s closest confidantes are extremely worried about her new beau, warning her he’s only going to hurt her again.
A source has revealed:
“She’s been telling everybody who cares to listen how great John is and it’s clear that she is totally in love with him. At first, she was quite careful with John and said she wasn’t ready for a relationship and just wanted to have fun. But now she appears to have fallen dangerously in love with him and her friends are concerned.”
Fresh from her divorce to Russell Brand, the singer was “devastated” when Mayer first pulled the plug on their budding romance (guess he wasn’t a rebound at all) and now she’s apparently ready to give him a serious second chance.
