Lady Gaga is large and in charge.

The usually svelte singer, who is currently in Paris promoting her new fragrance “Fame and performing on tour, has been photographed with a little more meat on her bones (see above) recently. But, Gaga is making no apologies for her curvier frame. While the “Born This Way” star admits she’s watching her weight, she’s in no rush to slim down.

“I’m dieting right now, because I gained, like, 25 pounds,” Gaga revealed to Z100 radio host Elvis Duran. “I really don’t feel bad about it, not even for a second. I have to be on such a strict diet constantly. It’s hard because it’s a quite vigorous show, so I tend to bulk up, get muscular, and I really don’t like that. So, I’m trying to find a new balance. Gaga’s new curves have, of course, caused some negative responses on the web and the star addressed critics on Twitter recently by writing:

Gaga has also made some interesting fashion choices in the past few days, seemingly to accentuate her new body. Most notably, she stepped out this past weekend in a large pink and blue dress.

Check out Gaga’s fuller figure below. Are you proud of the singer for celebrating her curves?
