These Are The 3 Running Sneakers You’ll Want To Wear When You Work Out This Winter

It’s starting to get a little bit cold out there. And, you know what that means: Time to hit the gym! For most people, the winter season is also gym season, because: A) It gets dark out at, like, 5PM and there’s nothing else to do, and B) Spring is only about six months away! And, there’s no time like the present to start getting that beach body back into shape after all the Halloween candy, Thanksgiving turkey, and Christmas cookies you’re going to be eating soon. But, what about those people who want to work out but either can’t afford to join a gym or simply enjoying running outside year-round?

Well, for them, there’s the new Nike Shield Footwear Collection that will be released in stores this holiday season. The collection includes the Nike LunarGlide+ 4 Shield, the Nike Free Run+ 3 Shield, and the Nike Air Pegasus+ 29 Shield. And, what makes the “Shield” collection so special? For starters, all three running sneakers were designed using weatherized materials that are built to resist water and cold while still providing the breathability you expect from a running sneaker. Secondly, they’re all covered in reflective material that makes them visible on even the darkest roads across the country. And, finally, they all look great. So, even if you’re not planning on shedding some pounds this winter, we’d still advise you picking up a pair.

We’re not sure how much the three sneakers will cost yet. But, they should be relatively affordable compared to all the other runners out there. And, as we mentioned, all three will be available in time for the holiday season later this year. So, if you’re looking for a good, solid running sneaker that’ll function both inside and outside of the gym this winter, look no further. These will do the trick.
