Although they literally just dropped, the Adidas Rose 3 sneakers are already a big hit amongst sneakerheads and those looking to scoop up a new pair of sneakers for playing basketball. Thanks to all the promo that D-Rose has been doing for the sneakers—both through commercials and his “The Return” web series—the sneakers are getting a lot of love. The additional colorways that adidas has created for the Rose 3 have helped, too. But, now, adidas is looking to capitalize off the early success of the Rose 3 sneakers even more by making them available on miadidas, where everyone will have the opportunity to customize their Rose 3 sneakers to their exact specifications.

When you use miadidas to create a custom pair of Rose 3 kicks, you’ll have a ton of different options as far as how you want your Rose 3s to look. You can add elements like patent leather or a matte finish. You can throw in an extra set of laces so that you can switch up the entire look of your sneakers in just a few seconds. You can speckle the midsoles, in addition to the Three Stripes logo that runs on the heel. You can get your name and jersey number laser-etched onto the sneakers. And, of course, you can choose from a ton of different colors in order to create a sneaker that no one else will have. If you’re a fan of the Rose 3 sneakers, then you’ll be a fan of making them exclusive to you.

The only downside to choosing your own colorway? The price of the Rose 3 will increase from $160 to $200. So, if you’re not going to do much to your custom pair—or you just happen to like the retail pair better than anything you create on your own—we suggest sticking with what’s already available. Otherwise, get to work on creating a Rose 3 sneaker that stands out from all of the other ones that are sure to be out there on the basketball court this year. You can start customizing your kicks now and have them in time for the start of the 2012-13 NBA season. So, what are you waiting for?
