Are Four Cast Members Of Basketball Wives: LA Getting The Boot?
Basketball Wives creator Shaunie O’Neal recently hinted that the cast of the Los Angeles version of the show would be getting a makeover after one viewer tweeted about how horrible it’s been this season. But apparently, the show’s producers are giving some of the ladies the boot because VH1′s cameras are persona non grata when it comes to certain aspects of the ladies’ lives. According to TMZ:
“Sources connected to the show tell TMZ the producers are getting rid of Gloria, Laura Govan, Malaysia Pargo and Brooke Bailey because the wives, especially Gloria, weren’t allowing ‘all of their reality to be filmed.”
The last straw for BBW producers allegedly came when Gloria secretly wed her fiancé, NBA star Matt Barnes, in Vegas without letting them know. Apparently, a search is already being conducted for replacements for the ladies; that means Draya Michele and Jackie Christie will be the only returning cast members.
Please bring back Malaysia and Bambi…I love their bond as friends and I don’t care what anyone thinks, Bambi does keep it real!
