Nicki Minaj Confesses Her “Truth” On New E! Reality Series
Mariah Carey, be forewarned. Nicki Minaj is sharing her version of the truth in the new E! reality series, Nicki Minaj: My Truth.
The rapper and American Idol judge is ready to get more real than ever before on her three-part E! series.“I’m definitely my own worst critic,” Nicki says in the series trailer below. “I don’t get the chance to set the record straight about a lot of things.”
Cameras followed the Young Money starlet for weeks for an in-depth look at her life that’s rarely shown on television. “You’re going to see the no makeup, the crazy sweaty face in the studio, you know, the regular stuff,” Minaj told Ryan Seacrest during a radio interview. “You’re going to see rehearsals for the tour, behind-the-scenes stuff… me saying how I really feel about the people who interview me.”
Shot in the midst of the brewing beef between Minaj and fellow Idol judge Mariah, expect the video to shine some light on why these two divas can’t seem to get along. “Ain’t nobody gonna run me off that motherfuckin’ show, playboy,” Minaj says.
And, we believe her! The E! special will kick off on Sunday at 10:30 pm.
