Drake & Chris Brown Won’t Be Charged For Club Brawl
It was an incident that shook up New York nightlife forever and after months of investigation, both Chris Brown and Drake have been relieved of facing any charges from their now famous brawl at W.i.P. nightclub.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the pop stars won’t be facing any criminal charges after their very public beef which was allegedly over Rihanna (with mutual friend Meek Mill also caught up in the melee). The surveillance video in the club from the June 14 incident was useless because it was so dark and blurry, and the interviews that were conducted by the NYPD were inconclusive.
While Brown was cut from flying bottles and other patrons were also injured, NBA star Tony Parker has most famously sued the club over the incident, claiming his eye was injured as a result of the brawl (he’s asking for $20 million in damages).
