Kim Kardashian isn’t a fan of Instagram’s newly announced policies and as the app’s number one user, her distaste is likely to cause the brand’s owners a huge headache.

Kim, who basically sends photos out of every waking moment of her life via Instagram, is telling friends she’s considering leaving unless its new changes are drastically revised. Like many other Instagram users, the reality star is up in arms over the company announcing a new terms of service policy (T.O.S.) which apparently gives them power to sell user photos to outside companies without having to compensate the user.

For their part, Instagram says the widespread interpretation of the policy is simply not true and they’ve apologized for the “confusing” language, telling users their photos definitely won’t be sold to anyone. Instagram says it’s revising the wording and will release a new T.O.S. in the near future.

According to TMZ, Kim has confided in friends that she’s thinking about deleting her Instagram account and taking her 5,726,343 followers with her (the highest follower count of any user, beating nearest rivals Justin Bieber and President Obama by far). All she’s waiting on now is the revised terms of service, otherwise it’s Audi 5000 for her plus siblings Khloe, Kylie, Kendall and Rob.
