Katy Perry Spends Christmas At Home With John Mayer
Their budding romance has been shunned by tabloid press but Katy Perry and John Mayer appear to be moving things in a serious direction.
This time last year, Perry spent Christmas on the other side of the world from then-husband Russell Brand—who filed for their divorce days later. According to People, this year the 28-year-old pop star has brought her new man Mayer home to meet her parents and spend the holidays together.
“They’re happy together and with her family for the holidays,” a source told the celebrity magazine. “John really likes getting to know Katy’s family better. They’ve spent a lot of time together and really enjoy each other’s company.”
While Mayer, 35, is well-known for his romance with numerous famous females like Jennifer Aniston, Jessica Simpson, Taylor Swift, Cameron Diaz and more, he’s said to be taking this relationship with Katy much more serious than the rest.
