HBO’s Girls Launches An Original Nail Polish Collection
Whether or not you are a fan of Girls, the hit HBO comedy series about four twenty-somethings trying to find their way through life and Brooklyn, you’ll no doubt be inspired by the four new nail polishes created for the series’ four stars.
Before the second season hits the small screen this January, show creator and star Lena Dunham joined forces with celebrity manicurist Deborah Lippmann to create four signature shades that are independent, feminine, playful and sexy.
“Deborah Lippmann’s colors are irreverent and classy and I’ve always coveted them (and stolen them from my mother), so who better to embody the ‘Girls’ spirit in polish form,” said Dunham in an official statement. “I’ve been wearing Hannah (“Hapless Hunter Green”) like it’s going out of style.”
Not feeling like a Hannah? Then, indulge your princess persona with Marnie’s “Prim and Proper Pink,” vamp it up with Jessa’s “Bohemian Burgundy,” or be a sophisticate in Shoshanna’s “Virtuous Vivid Violet.”
Check out all four shades below which will be available on January 15, 2013, but you can order the shades now!
