Androgynous Supermodel Andrej Pejic Makes History As Elle Magazine’s First Ever Male Cover
That’s one small step for man…one giant step for mankind.
Our favorite gender-bender supernova Andrej Pejic is not only bending barriers, he’s breaking them apart completely. The 21-year-old male model—who skyrocketed to fame because he is prettier than 99 percent of the working female models on the planet—has scored the distinction of becoming the first person with an X and a Y chromosome to grace the cover of Elle Serbia magazine.
Draped head to toe in Jean Paul Gaultier (it’s reported that the designer flew the duds out immediately when he heard of the record-breaking photoshoot), the Bosnian/Australian model looks absolutely stunning in a black yarn-esque wig that could only be pulled off by Raggedy Ann or her brother Raggedy Andy. Inside the fashion magazine, Pejic does what he does best by donning male and female designs for the high-fashion spread titled “Victor Victoria.”
Check out Andrej work his XX and XY sides below. Where’s Simon Cowell when you need him because this boy definitely has the X Factor!
