VH1′s hit reality series Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta may be all about the drama. But, for any sane viewer, watching the drama unfold between the cast of “characters” is pure comedy.
For actress Essence Atkins and comedienne Miguel Nunez, the sheer high-jinx was too much to pass up. Together, the two joined forced for a silly spoof titled “A Day In The Life Of Steebie J.” In the parody, Essence plays Joseline Hernandez, the stripper-turned-rapper entangled in a love triangle with her producer/lover Stevie J (pronounced “Steebie” the way Essence says it). For his part, Miguel takes on the role of “Steebie,” who must find ways to justify his cheating ways to his baby mama Mimi Faust.
Watch the funny unfold below as Joseline tells Stevie she’s pregnant and Stevie seeks advice from his boy Benzino, played by Verne Troyer.
