Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson Files Lawsuit Over Leaked Sex Tape

Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson is suing WorldStarHipHop and Media Takeout for posting without consent a leaked sex tape starring the unemployed NFL baller and an unidentified tattoo loving female. Chad claims the footage was stolen from him, and he wants the websites to pay up!! According to TMZ:
“Chad wants unspecified damages … plus a court order blocking the websites from posting the footage ever again.
As we reported, both websites removed the tape last Thursday following Chad’s cease-and-desist letters … but Chad insists the damage was already done.”
I’m not sure what kind of damage a sex tape can do that his head-butting Evelyn Lozada didn’t already do, but whatever.
