Did 50 Cent Make His Baby Mama Quit TLC’s Reality Show Starter Wives Confidential?

Although she was mentioned in a press release from the TLC network announcing the reality show Starter Wives Confidential, Shaniqua Tompkins was allegedly forced to quit the cast by her ex, 50 Cent. Reportedly, Shaniqua, who has a 15-year-old son with the hip-hop star, had already begun filming the show, which follows the lives of women who have dated, been married to, and had children with famous men, but a source told RadarOnline that “50 Cent got mad and made her stop.”

Instead of fighting 50 for her spot on the show, Shaniqua, whose tumultuous relationship with the “Baby by Me” rapper is well-documented, reportedly gave in to avoid any drama. According to the source:

“Shaniqua had already filmed a lot for the show, but she didn’t want to fight with Curtis so she decided to bow out of the show before things got ugly.”

Starter Wives Confidential also stars Zakia Baum (ex-girlfriend of Jermaine ‘Maino’ Coleman; mother of his son), Cheryl Caruso (ex-wife of mobster Phillip Caruso: mother of his two daughters), Josie Harris (ex-girlfriend of Floyd Mayweather; mother of his three children), Monica Joseph-Taylor (soon to be ex-wife of Aston ‘Funkmaster Flex’ Taylor; mother to his two children), Liza Morales (ex-girlfriend of Lamar Odom; mother of his three children), and Tashera Simmons (ex-wife of Earl ‘DMX’ Simmons; mother of four of his children). The show premieres on Tuesday, January 29 at 10 pm. Check out the trailer below.
