The Las Vegas “ShoeZeum” Is Set To Make An Appearance On Pawn Stars Tonight

Remember the ShoeZeum? Of course you do. It’s the gigantic shoe museum in Las Vegas that was listed on eBay a few months ago for the low, low price of…$1 million (can you sense our sarcasm through your computer screen?!). Anyway, not surprisingly, no one bought the ShoeZeum—which is billed as “the largest collection of sneakers in the world”—back in October when it hit the auction block. So, the owner of it is still trying to selling it. It includes about 2,000 pairs of brand-new sneakers, the ShoeZeum trademark, and the ShoeZeum website. It’s not exactly a bargain, but there are a lot of hard-to-find and exclusive kicks buried within the ShoeZeum. So, it might be worth the price to the right buyer.

Is the right buyer the owner of Pawn Stars, though? If you’re not familiar with Pawn Stars, it’s a reality TV show based on a pawn shop in Sin City that specializes in buying, well, everything. If you have something worth buying that they can get for a decent price, they’ll more than likely make you an offer. So, recently, the producers of Pawn Stars hooked up with Jordan Geller, the owner of ShoeZeum, to see if the two sides could come to some sort of agreement in order to sell the shoe museum to the pawn shop. So, did the shop go for it?

We’ll find out tonight on a brand-new episode of the show. You can watch the possible sale go down on Pawn Stars, which airs on the History Channel at 10/9c on Monday nights. What do you think will happen? Will Geller and the Pawn Stars crew be able to swing a deal—or will the shop balk at the idea of paying a million bucks for a bunch of sneakers? More importantly, would you pay $1 million for 2,000 pairs of sneakers, assuming, of course, you had that kind of money lying around? Let us know. And, to get a taste of what to expect on Pawn Stars tonight, check out a trailer for the episode below.
