DMX To Appear On Iyanla Vanzant’s Fix My Life; Tells Iyanla “Shut The F*** Up” (Preview)
A new season of Iyanla: Fix My Life returns next month with a powerful, 90-minute episode. Iyanla travels to Yonkers, New York, the hometown of multiplatinum rapper and actor DMX. Things get a little crazy as X’s emotions run high and his temper takes over, which is nothing new for X. But it appears he’s met his match in Iyanla.
The season premiere episode airs Saturday, April 13, at 10 pm.
In other DMX news, X is being sued by a club in the Carolinas for blowing off a gig when he’d already been paid to appear. According to TMZ:
“Owls Nest Sports Lounge filed the suit in South Carolina court, claiming it hired DMX to do a meet and greet on August 25, 2012 for the bargain price of $3,000 … but X left the club high and dry.
Owls Nest wants X to return the green and pay various expenses to boot … including $45 for several bottles of gin and $50 for a bartender.”
