It’s Getting Ugly! Kordell Stewart Accuses Porsha Stewart Of Partying All Night And Neglecting His Son

The claws have come out in the divorce between Kordell and Porsha Stewart. Kordell took everyone by surprise last month when he filed for divorce from the Real Housewives of Atlanta star, claiming the marriage was “irretrievably broken”. In the days since then, the couple has filed dueling court papers against the other, with Porsha filing a motion accusing the former NFL quarterback of locking her out of the house and bringing another woman into the home.

In responding court papers, Kordell gives his reasons for locking the house and accuses Porsha of partying all the time. According to TMZ:

“…Kordell claims he only locks the house at night for security purposes. He claims the real problem is Porsha frequently leaves home for several days straight … and sometimes comes back between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM smelling like alcohol.

As we previously reported … Kordell filed for divorce last month.

The ex-NFL star also claims Porsha called the police twice to let her into the house … even though she has a key to enter the property.”

As for the other woman Porsha accuses him of bringing into the house, Kordell claims she’s the nanny that he hired because Porsha is “neglecting her responsibilities to her stepson.” He also doesn’t want to pay Porsha any temporary support since she’s making money on her own because of her “celebrity” status. I’ll give him that much, but I’m still stuck on the “neglecting her responsibilities to her stepson” part. That’s his kid, not her’s, so if he needs any help in that area, perhaps he should call his kid’s mother!
