Catherine Zeta-Jones Is Still Bipolar; Checks Into Facility
Actress Catherine Zeta-Jones is still suffering from Bipolar illness and checked in to a treatment center yesterday to get more help.
The 43-year-old Academy Award winner is expected to complete a 30-day program, which sources are describing as “maintenance” and “a proactive measure” as the Hollywood star isn’t currently showing extreme signs of abnormal behavior.
Jones, wife of Michael Douglas, completed a similar stint at a treatment center in 2011, with her rep at the time saying she had “made the decision to check in to a mental health facility for a brief stay to treat her Bipolar II disorder.”
The Chicago star was last seen in public just over a week ago when she hit the red carpet at the 40th Anniversary Chaplin Award Gala at Lincoln Center looking healthy with her husband by her side.
