What would Hannah Montana say?

Miley Cyrus has officially scored the No. 1 spot on Maxim‘s annual Hot 100 list.  After four months of fans voting,  the Disney star was catapulted from her 64th place finish last year to earn the crown in 2013, beating out A-listers Beyonce, Demi Lovato, and Mila Kunis (just named FHM‘s Sexiest Women In The World of 2013).

“It feels amazing to be No. 1 especially because it was voted on by the fans,” she told Maxim. “I have the best fans in the world! It’s every woman’s fantasy to be told she’s No.1 on Maxim‘s Hot 100! So crazy!”

Wearing a gorgeous gold monokini, the 20-year-old singer, who is currently working on a new album, smoldered for the camera. “This pixie-haired beauty brought it home for America, storming to the top spot the first week of voting and never losing command of her seat of world power,” Maxim editors wrote in an official press release. “So as we officially rename 2013 the Year of the Miley, let’s all party in the U.S.A. and rock out to her collaborations with Maxim heroes like Snoop Lion and will.i.am. Miley, we hereby anoint thee Queen of Our Hearts.”

Miley is definitely in good company. Rounding out the top 10 are Selena Gomez, Rihanna, Mila Kunis, Jennifer Lawrence, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Ashley Tisdale, Kate Upton, Vanessa Hudgens, and Elisha Cuthbert.
