These Chocolate Nike Air Max 1 Sneakers Look So Delicious, Don’t They?

When a sneaker is referred to as “chocolate,” it’s usually because of its color. There are some sneakers out there that are light or dark brown and, as a result, they are often called “chocolate” in their description. But the Nike Air Max 1 sneakers that you see here are “chocolate” for real. Like, for real for real. They were created by Dutch designer Joost Goudriaan and they are actually made out of several different kinds of dark, white, and milk chocolates. Just by looking at them, you might not know it. But these things are delicious!

So why did Goudriaan create a bunch of chocolate Air Max 1s? Well, we don’t really care. All that we care about is what they look like—and how they taste. And the answer to both of those questions is “Great!” As you can see, Goudriaan put an incredible amount of detail into each and every aspect of the sneaker. From the stitching on the midsole and the laces to the air bubble on the sole and the Swoosh on the tongue, every single Air Max 1 detail is covered. In fact, if you saw these from a distance, you would probably think that they were actual sneakers. They’re that lifelike.

We’re not exactly sure what Goudriaan is going to do with these. For now, they’re being displayed all over the ‘net. But we imagine that these things couldn’t exist outside of a climate-controlled room. So you had better enjoy them while you can! Because something tells us that Goudriaan and his friends are going to have a hell of a time devouring these tasty sneakers when they get done showing them off.

What do you think about what Goudriaan has done here? Are you impressed by how much detail he was able to include on each of these sneakers? Let us know if you would like to take a bite out of one of Goudriaan’s delicious creations.
