Melody Ehsani Designs Love Sneaker For Reebok Classics

Celebrity jewelry designer Melody Ehsani has created the perfect accessory for your foot this Fall.

The L.A. native teamed up with Reebok to create the Reebok Classics M.E. Betwixt Mid by Melody Ehsani. The concept of the shoe was inspired by a quotation of Ehsani’s mentor Julie Walker stating that “Love is the only nutrient in the world that can be expressed.” The gold metallic python print sneaker features gold spikes and the letters “Lo” on the right shoe and “ve” on the left, which come together to spell “Love.”

The inside of the shoe is lined in Melody’s handwriting expressing some of her favorite quotes. “Competition is a myth, ain’t nobody else like M.E.,” the Persian designer writes. “If I wake up to who I am, I will accomplish miracles, because I choose to arise and be M.E. Then will I shut off this voice that makes me think I am not….By the grace of  God ‘I will see myself.’”

The limited edition Reebok Classic x M.E. Love Shoe, retailing for $150, is on sale now. “I actually really enjoy the idea of creating something in a small quantity that will never be created again,” Ehsani told Kicks On Fire. “It adds a certain energy to the product, makes you feel like you own a small part in something that’s going to be very big.
