Does The Latest Version Of Rampage Jackson & DeMarcus Ware’s Reebok ATV 19 Do It For You?

Earlier this year, Reebok released a new low-top sneaker called the Reebok ATV 19+ that was created to be Rampage Jackson‘s signature sneaker. And after seeing it for the first time, we basically ripped the training sneaker apart. It had a very unique design with 19 weird “lugs” on the bottom of it that were put there to help you run through any terrain or surface. And while appreciated what Reebok was going for with the ATV 19+, we weren’t overly impressed with the way Reebok went about marketing the sneaker. To us, it was a sneaker that would only be worn by hardcore workout freaks who run through, like, deserts, swamps, and jungles to train. It wasn’t very practical.

Reebok isn’t giving up on the ATV 19+ just yet, though. Even though we haven’t seen many people wearing it, Reebok just dropped an updated version of the ATV 19+ that is now being endorsed by both Rampage Jackson and Dallas Cowboys player DeMarcus Ware. It still has the same look and it’s still equipped with the same weird “lugs” on the bottom of it that it had before. But Reebok has gone back in and tinkered with the design a bit to make it slightly more appealing to the mainstream. Now, the lugs aren’t the first and only thing that you see when you look at the ATV 19+. But the sneaker still provides the same support and stability that it did before, making it a great sneaker for the masses. At just $90—as compared to $140, which was the price of the original ATV 19+—it’s much more affordable now, too. So we wouldn’t be surprised to see more folks strapping these on.

You can watch Reebok’s new commercial for the ATV 19 below. Check it out and let us know what you think about the Reebok ATV 19 now that it has undergone a little bit of a makeover. Would you wear it now? Do you like the new look of it? Is there anything else Reebok could do to make the ATV even better next time? Let us know in the comments section below.
