A New Justin Bieber & Michael Jackson Song Called “Slave To The Rhythm” Leaks Online
Justin Bieber has made no secret about the love and admiration he holds for the late King of Pop Michael Jackson. Sadly, MJ passed away back in June 25, 2009, only a few months before Bieber fever hit the masses with the release of his debut album, My World, in November 2009.
Had MJ lived, though, Biebs would have most likely begged the legend to record a song together. And it seems JB has gotten his wish (even if the two pop stars weren’t actually in the studio together). A track featuring the voices of both Michael and Justin has leaked onto the internet. Called “Slave to the Rhythm,” the song was originally recorded by Jackson as a solo track a few months before his death at the Neverland Ranch in California.
No one is exactly sure where the new remix, updated with the vocals of the 19-year-old Canadian superstar, originated from but Bieber did allude that a MJ/JB collabo may be in the works. “Excited for what is to come,” he tweeted on Friday. “MJ set the bar. Not only for music but for being an entertainer and how u treat the fans. Wish he was here…”
We do, too. Listen to the below for yourself. Do you think Michael Jackson would approve?
