The Diaz brothers are known for their controversial personalities. Currently, Nick Diaz can’t decide whether or not he’ll ever fight again. Now, his brother Nate is choosing high school reunions over high profile fights.

According to Diaz’s Twitter, the scheduled fight with former #1 contender Gray Maynard on November 30th isn’t as important as seeing his old high school chums.

It would be shocking if this were anybody other than Nate Diaz. Then again, who else would skip out on a paycheck and a big fight to get his groove on at his high school reunion? The fight is scheduled for The Ultimate Fighter 18 finale at the Mandalay Bay and could help propel him back into the title picture.

It’s not known whether the UFC or his manager will be able to change his mind, but as of right now, Nate Diaz is more concerned with being the awkward kid turned cool adult at his 10-year reunion.
