Rihanna Gets Kicked Out Of Mosque In Abu Dhabi Over “Improper” Photo Shoot

According to officials at the Sheikh Zayad Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi, Rihanna is a real “Rude Girl.”

The 25-year-old Barbadian singer stopped by the holy grounds during the United Arab Emirates leg of her Diamonds World Tour wearing a modest black jumpsuit from head to toe for an impromptu photo shoot, which she posted on Instagram. But after taking several images, Rihanna was asked to leave by the staff.

“In the event of behaviour that violates the moral codes of access to the mosque, or other visit regulations—such as taking inappropriate pictures, posing in ways that are improper in the context of sacred place, talking loudly, or eating—the violators are directed in a polite manner that reflects the civilisational and tolerant attributes of Islam,” a statement from the Sheik Zayed Grand Mosque, published in the local Abu Dhabi newspapers, read regarding the incident. “Here, the Centre refers to a recent incident, involving a singer who came for a private visit to the mosque, at a gate that is not reserved for visitors, without prior coordination with the Centre’s management and without identifying herself.”

According to the mosque’s FAQ’s and the “Mosque Manners Dress Code” posted online, Rihanna seemed to be within the mosque’s strict dress code. But it is rumored that guests were also offended by the suggestiveness of Rihanna’s poses and her dark red RiRi Woo Mac Lipstick.

Take a look at Rihanna’s photos from Abu Dhabi below. Do you think the shots are too hot for the Middle East?
