R. Kelly Impersonator Takes The Stage At A Fake Concert In Louisiana & Fans Demand A Refund

More than anyone else, R. Kelly knows that “when a woman’s fed up, no matter how you beg, it ain’t nothing you can do about it!” Hundreds of the R&B singer’s loyal fans were fed up to the max in Louisiana after spending as much as $150 to see the “Black Panties” crooner perform in concert at the Monroe Civic Center on October 26 in Louisiana only to be welcomed by an impersonator.

“It was an impersonator on stage impersonating R. Kelly that may have sung every bit of four minutes, not even a complete five. And he did not even sing. He lip sung,“ an unidentified fan told CBS affiliate, KNOE News. “We was scammed because 10 o’clock we were there, no R. Kelly. 11 o’clock, no R. Kelly. 12 o’clock, no R. Kelly. 12:45, no R. Kelly. 1 o’clock, here comes an impersonator.”

Now fans are demanding a full refund for the event, advertised online as “Ced’s All Black Affair, R. Kelly Black Panties Promo,” by promoter Cedric Johnson. According to multiple reports, Johnson has stated that he will not issue refunds to any attendees. For more on this story, click on the link below. R. Kelly has not issued any statement regarding this controversy.

Do you think the Grammy Award-winning singer should hold a special concert for his duped fans?
